عاجل وهام إلى خبراء البيتش تري ارجو الافادة والمساعدة

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
اخواني الاعزاء جزاكم الله خيرا على المجهود الرائع في شرح هذا البرنامج
لقد بدأت اتدرب على البرنامج من نفسي ولكن وجدت بعض الامور التي لا أفهمها ولهذا سأعرض سؤالي على خبراء البيتش تري لعلي ارجوا الافادة منهم
وجزاهم الله خيرا
السؤال ما المقصود في البرنامج بـ
1- Rounding Account
2- Account Segments

ولهذا اخواني تلك المصطلحات قابلتني عندما قمت اولا بانشاء شجرة حسابات للشركة من تصميمي ، وايضا وجدتها عند انشاء الاعدادت الافتراضية لـ General Ledger Defaults

ومن ثم اخواني الاعزاء استطعت ان اجد شرح لهاذين المصطلحين من خلال مذكرة شرح للبيتش تري ولكن باللغة الانجليزية وسأعرض الشرح المذكور ولهذا ارجوا افادتي :

Entering General Ledger Defaults

In General Ledger Defaults, you set the account that Peachtree will use for
rounding any odd amounts on financial statements. You don’t have to set
this account if you do not want to round amounts to either whole dollars or

whole thousands of dollars on financial statements.

If you choose to round financial statement amounts, Peachtree collects all
rounding amounts and prints the collected amount in the rounding account
on your financial statements. The account you select can be any account
since it is a temporary holding area, but we recommend you use an equity

account.

Set Up the Rounding Account

From the Maintain menu, select Default Information; then select

General Ledger from the submenu.

Account Segments (Peachtree Premium Accounting)
Account segmentation allows you to formally segment your chart of
accounts. Then you can use the segment selection features in Peachtree's
reporting to filter reports based on particular segments of the account ID.
Using this feature, you can quickly and easily produce and print reports and
financial statements for a particular department or division of your business,
or any other segment such as location, restriction status, and so on.
To set up account segments:
This account is only used to store
rounding differences for financial
statements.
You can select any account, but we
recommend the Retained Earnings
account.

➥From the Maintain menu, select Default Information; then select
General Ledger from the submenu; then the Account Segments tab.
Here, you can create or change formal segments for your chart of accounts
ID. This will allow you to take full advantage of the masking and filtering
features of Peachtree Premium when you print reports and financial statements.
You can use this feature for printing reports that are filtered by
department, division, account ID, or any other segment you create. When
you initially create your company in New Company Setup, Peachtree Premium
gives you the opportunity to divide your Account ID into segments
(see “Convert a Company or Build Your Own” on page 65) but you can do
it here as well. If your chart of accounts is already set up and you change the
segment structure, Peachtree Premium will scan your chart of accounts and
inform you if any do not fit the new segment structure. You can then print
your Chart of Accounts report to identify those accounts.

You can formally segment your chart of accounts ID by creating descriptions,
lengths, and separators for up to five segments.
Enter your
segment
descriptions,
lengths, and
separators in the
appropriate
fields.

If you do not use account segments, Peachtree will still allow you to filter
General Ledger reports and financial statements using the department masking
feature (see Mask, Department Masking in Peachtree’s Help Index).

حاولت ان افعل ما بوسعي من اجل توضيح ما اريد
ارجوا مساعدتي في كيفية الاستفادة من هذا المصطلحين بقدر الامكان مع ذكر امثلة

السؤال الثاني :
يوجد في شجرة حسابات البيتش تري بالنسبة لبعض الانشاطات او كلها نوع من الحسابات ويسمى
Retainage Receivables هذا وصف الحساب
نوع الحساب Receivable Retainage
وكذلك
اسم الحساب Retainage Payables
نوع الحساب Payable Retainage
اليكم صورة للدليل المحاسبي الموجود به تلك الحسابات

وسؤال أخر :
هل استطيع تغيير او اضافة أنواع حسابات في البيتش تري امثال اصول متداولة .

اخى الكريم سوف افيدك فى السؤال الاخير امكانية اضافة او تعديل حساب جديد الى chart of Accounts و هى كالتالى مثلا اذا اردت اضافة حساب بنك CIB Bank مثلا اولا تحديد ID Account و هو يأخد رقم تالى لحساب Regular cheking Account اذا كان ID للحساب ده 1020 سوف تعطى حساب CIB 1021 و فى Desription تكتب CIB BANK ثم تحدد TYPE cash و بعديها اذا كان ايه رصيد افتتاحى تروح لـ Begining Balance و تحدد التاريخ ثم حساب CIB Bank ثم تكتب الرصيد و تتضغط Save اذا كالتالى

Banking - chart of Accounts -Regular chekinh Account - Right click - add a new Account سوف يظهر للك مربع حوارى و تتبع الحطوات السابقة

اليك الاجابة يا استاذى العزيز
rounding account
يحتاج البرنامج الى حساب يضع فيه الكسور العشرية للعملة وهذا هو حساب التقريب
ويقترح البرنامج ان يكون هذا الحساب هو حساب الارباح المحتجزة
هذا بالنسبة للسؤال الاول
اما بالنسبة للسؤال الثانى وهو عن account segments
وهو يتيح لك تقسيم ارقام الحسابات الى مناطق وهذا يستخدم لتنويع الحسابات اذا كانت الشركة تنقسم الى عدة فروع او الى عدة اقسام داخلية
مثال
اذا كنت تمتلك عدة افرع للشركة وتريد ان تستخدم نفس شجرة الحسابات لجميع الافرع
يمكنك ان تعطى لكل فرع كود معين للاستدلال عليه فى التقارير
فرع مصر ARE وفرع لبنان LEB وفرع السعودية KSAوفرع الامارات UAE
يمكنك ان تلحق الحسابات المشتركة بهذه الاختصارات أى :
حساب الخزينة 10000 يندرج اسفله خزينة مصر (10000ARE) وخزينة لبنان 10000LEB وخزينة السعودية 10000KSA
وهكذا فى باقى الحسابات
الايرادات 40000 و 40000ARE و40000LEB و 40000KSA
وتستكمل هكذا
وفى عرض التقارير اختر عرض الحسابات التى تنتهى ب ARE ليعرض البرنامج حسابات فرع مصر مثلا
